PARK MODEL HOMES

 At Mini Shacks our park model homes are constructed in Canada and adheres to CSA-Z241 standards and is built indoors by one of the largest home builders in the country. Our park model homes are designed and constructed with the expertise of custom home builders, ensuring that we deliver some of the finest park model homes available in the industry. 

 In designing a park model home, we meticulously consider every detail. Aspects such as the style and placement of windows, kitchen layouts, aesthetic appeal, and overall functionality are just a few examples of what we prioritize. These elements are crucial in crafting the perfect park model home. 

 We provide a range of highly innovative floor plans that are unmatched in the industry. However, we recognize that each client's vision and homesite are distinct, which is why we also offer custom-built park model homes. Our passion lies in designing unique park model homes that surpass our customers' expectations. 

At this time (JAN 2026) our build times are 90 to 120 days once we sign off on plans.

 Many individuals believe that a park model home is defined by dimensions such as 12x44 or 14x38; however, the reality is that it is determined by a maximum square footage of 538 square feet. Some of our park models exceed a width of 16 feet. We frequently receive inquiries for a 14x44 model but this exceeds the permitted maximum square footage, making it non compliant with the CSA Z241 park model guidelines. If you encounter a structure measuring 14x44, I can assure you that it does not conform to the CSA Z241 park model standards. 

 Lofts are allowed for storage only, and cannot be used for living space.

  The regulations governing park models in the United States and Canada are entirely distinct, making it impossible to import a Canadian park model into the United States. A significant distinction lies in the size allowances: Canadian park models may reach up to 538 square feet without a loft, whereas American park models are limited to a maximum of 399 square feet, although they may include a loft. 

 No we require that the unit is complete when it leaves the factory.

 No we are allowed to use re-usable wheels so you dont have to pay for axles.
